Cylinders  Pneumatic and Hydraulic

To successfully use the calculator it is important to recognize these three aspects:

X: length of the cylinder stroke.

Y: Piston Diameter - which is the number by which the cylinder size will be identified.

Z: Although it is not common to give this value, it is important if the cylinder will still be operating inversely to the extension of the piston.

Given this information: Remember that it is important to identify if the cylinder is going to operate pneumatically or hydraulically so that you can set the value of the pressure at which it will be working. In the same way we will place a calculator to convert the PSI to Bar so that you do not have to be opening other pages.

Cylinder Force Calculator

Search your cylinder

The following calculator is to help users find  the cylinder bore that meets their application needs. To do this, they must place the weight in Newton and the pressure in Bar that the cylinder will work on. Consider that in this calculator the cylinder is always parallel to the push or pull direction.
